Our Payment and Insurance Policies

Fees and Payment Policy In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established the following payment plans for our patients. Fees may be paid as follows:
• Prepayment, or payment of fees in excess of $200 at time of treatment will receive a discount of 5%.
• Payment of balance in full at time of treatment with either cash, a personal check, Major credit or debit card, or alternative dental services financing through CareCredit.
Accounts outstanding more than 60 days from treatment date will incur interest of 1.5% per month or 18% annually.
All major treatment and treatment involving laboratory procedures will require an appropriate down payment.
Small Balances In the continuing effort to control expenses such as postage and other charges associated with monthly statements, we request that you help by authorizing us to automatically debit your credit or debit card as needed.

Insurance If you have insurance, we will help you determine the coverage that is available to your with your plan. We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. The balance will then be arranged for you to pay as covered in our payment policies.
Professional dental care is provided to you, our patient and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient, and the patient is responsible to the dental office. We will assist you in every way we can in filing your claim and handling your insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
